Serving Brunswick's Global Maritime Community Since 1982

The non-profit International Seafarers' Center in Brunswick, Georgia is a
human services agency supporting the many and varied needs of
merchant mariners and of the greater port community.

Two hospitality centers, open every day of the year, focus on meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of mariners while their ships are docked at the Port of Brunswick. Seafarers can use telephones and email to contact loved ones, purchase personal items and native foods, mail letters, wire transfer money home, or just relax.

The Seafarers' Center contributes to the Port of Brunswick's competitive edge by caring for these men and women who crew the vessels so vital to our local and regional economies. The Center has gained an international reputation among seafarers and the shipping community for our hospitality, our health screening program and our human rights advocacy.
